2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 376, 511, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Specific accusation of attempt to commit rape is against co-accused Md. Firoz. So far as this petitioner is concerned, she is alleged to have committed theft of many articles worth Rs. 20,000/-. Both parties are close door neighbours. In fact, due to petty dispute, a scuffle took place between the parties. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 38473 of 2023. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with G.R. No. 1654 of 2021, arising out of Madhepur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
