JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-205 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 0608-2015 in a case registered under Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code and 135 of Electricity Act.

According to prosecution case, petitioner was guard of telephone tower and he along with others was, illegally, using electric connection for running the aforesaid telephone tower.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54327 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-205 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kishore, J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai.
