Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was recovered from behind the room of the petitioner after digging it out. Petitioner has stated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a female. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Arwal Police Station Case No. 103 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully
