Petitioner appears to be habitual offender but the present case has been lodged against the petitioner on the ground that when jail premises was raided, one mobile set is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dumra P.S.
