1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For commanding the state respondents to ensure the protection of land located in the Village-Uchauli, Revenue Police Station-101, Khizarsarai, District-Gaya, donated in favour of landless people in the year 1956 and 1959, which was distributed by Bhudan Yag Samiti, later on purchased by land mafia consisting of Sri Krishna Kumar Singh owner of Kumartech Bio Products.

(ii) For commanding the state respondents to ensure taking action against the purchaser and

Patna High Court CWJC No.8940 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 proprietor Sri Krishna Kumar Singh owner of Kumartech Bio Products for buying and selling of the land donated by the Bhudan Yag Samiti in the year 1956 and 1959.

(iii) For commanding the state respondents to not allow the sale and purchase of the land donated by the Bhudan Yag Samiti in the year 1956 and 1959.

(iv) Also, commanding the state respondents to initiate suitable departmental action and legal action against sale and purchase of the land donated by the Bhudan Yag Samiti in the year 1956 and 1959."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Commissioner, Magadh Pramandal, District-Gaya, i.e. the respondent no.2, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
