It appears that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner against whom charge sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sharad Chandra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015.
