The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75957 of 2018, by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Special Child Case No. 45 of 2018, arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that satisfaction portion may be corrected in the order dated 02.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75957 of 2018, as 'Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32885 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 (Child Court), Patna, in place of 'A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur'. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the satisfaction portion in the order dated 02.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75957 of 2018, be read as 'Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st-um-Special Judge (Child Court), Patna' in place of 'A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur'. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same. The order dated 02.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75957 of 2018, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
