The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 179/2015 arising out of Ayar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 registered under Section 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

This is the third attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. On the second occasion, when this Court had rejected the application for bail of the petitioner on 21st May, 2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 23834 of 2015, it was observed that if the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner would be

It has been contended that till date charges have not been framed.

Taking into consideration the delay in conclusion of trial and the fact that the petitioner, being an under-trial prisoner, is in custody since 19th May, 2014, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sessions Trial No. 179/2015 arising out of Ayar P.S.
