Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 204 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 347, 448, 323, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have been granted benefit under proviso to Section 41(1) of the CrPC.

The Court, therefore, does not find any apprehension of their arrest. If in future, the petitioners are faced with any tangible apprehension of arrest, it will be open to them to approach this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.
