Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are relations of co-accused Akhilesh Mandal. The F.I.R. was lodged on missing of Rani Praveen. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she has voluntarily married with Akhilesh Mandal and no one had kidnapped her.

No.47779 of 2016 (3) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 Considering the statement of victim girl, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura/Successor Court in connection with Kumarkhand Police Station Case No.89 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
