The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh as paragraph '3' of the anticipatory bail application does not record with respect to the criminal antecedent and a vague statement has been made that petitioner has one antecedent but he is on bail.
