Petitioner is in jail custody since 5.10.2015 on the accusation that he appeared in constable examination in place of another accused but fortunately he was caught by the invigilators. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali ( Adampur) P.S.Case No. 637 of 2015.
