The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she completely denied the story of kidnapping rather she stated that she eloped with petitioner by her own will and subsequently, solemnized her marriage. The victim was found aged about between 17 to 18 years by the medical board.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
