JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil PS case no. 62 of 2018, registered under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of bail, in case of non-conclusion of the on-going trial i.e. Sessions Trial no. 336 of 2018, pending before the learned court of Additional Sessions Judge-IVth, Begusarai, within a period of 09 months from today. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The learned court below is directed to expedite the trial and ensure conclusion of the same within a period of

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
