2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are accused of abducting the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.03.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Bhore P.S.
