2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 466, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation against the accused persons is of preparing and using counterfeit documents, making change in the entry of Register II and also creating a forged power of attorney in favour of Sanjeev Kumar Tulsiyan. The petitioner is said to have illegally benefited out of the alleged fraud.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not

He submits that the petitioner is the purchaser of the land in question. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 376 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
