It appears that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having similar allegation co-accused Bhishan Rai @ Bhisham Rai has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Chapra at Saran in connection with Dighwara P.S.Case No. 159 of 2014.
