It appears that the Court below allowed the application filed by the respondents for addition of two persons as opposite party in Misc. Case No.136 of 2011. This petitioner was the sole opposite party in the miscellaneous case. Considering the prayer of the respondent, who is petitioner in miscellaneous case, the Court below has allowed the application.

In such circumstances, the petitioner, who is the sole opposite party, cannot be allowed to challenge the order passed by the Court below whereby the petitioner's (in Misc. case) application has been allowed and two persons have been added as the petitioner is the dominus litis.

Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned

Patna High Court CWJC No.19402 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2016 order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Saurabh/- U T
