JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, petitioner was driver of tank lorry and he disclosed before the police that oil got loaded by owner of the aforesaid tank lorry. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26-08-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 693 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
