Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36237 of 2019(2) dt.10-06-2019 2/2 of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Danapur Rail Police Station Case No.45 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
