2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 342, 323, 363, 364, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. It is alleged that petitioners are said to have taken informant's children and tied them because of dispute between the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 has no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has one criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 31.01.2023.

No.42008 of 2023(3) dt.06-09-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021.
