2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 572 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that co-accused Raman Kumar appeared on his behalf in the examination conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U T
