2. Appellants apprehends their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.31 of 2022, registered for the offences u/s 498A, 494 and other allied Sections of the IPC and 3(1) (r) (s) (w)/3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act, pending in the Court of learned (Special Judge) Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act), Kaimur at Bhabua.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the appellants surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering that the appellants have no criminal antecedent.
