The petitioner filed this petition for modification of order dated 27.05.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.78752 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail on the condition to deposit 50% of the total amount alleged to have been defalcated within four months from the date of his release from the custody but the petitioner did not deposit the amount even after his release from the custody. Now, the petitioner is ready to mortgage his property in favour of the PACS.

I do not find any merit in the modification petition as the aforesaid order was passed on the undertaking of the petitioner. Accordingly, the modification petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
