The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 29.10.2020 bearing memo no.490 (AnnexureP/1) issued under the signature of the Direct Administrationcum Additional-Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna by which the petitioner has been visited with penalty of 100% withholding of her pension. 3.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application is squarely covered with

Patna High Court CWJC No.14640 of 2021(3) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 judgment dated 27.02.2024 passed in L.P.A. No.1219/2013 and analogous cases.

Considering the facts as available on record and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is allowed with all consequential benefits which is admissible to the petitioner in accordance with law, in view of the order dated 27.02.2024 passed in L.P.A. No.1219/2013, setting aside the order dated 29.10.2020 bearing memo no.490 (Annexure-P/1) issued under the signature of the Direct Administration-cum Additional-Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.
