1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, there is allegation that for demand of dowry this petitioner and other accused persons have killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of deceased. Allegation is general and omnibus. She is separate in mess and business. There is no eye witness of the occurrence.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner is named in the FIR with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37197 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 specific allegation that she along with other accused killed informant's daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in-laws of the deceased, who died in unnatural condition within seven years of marriage in her matrimonial house, prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected.
