This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation about the demand and subjecting cruelty against the petitioner and further the petitioner is in jail custody since 18.05.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P. S. Case No. 92 of 2015.
