The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he helped one Deepak Kumar, who was arrested and detained in Excise Case, in fleeing away from the custody of police. It is further alleged that petitioner is the driver of the alleged motorcycle on which Deepak Kumar succeed in fleeing away.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been

On the basis of local chowkidar, the name of petitioner sprang up in this case, who has inimical term with the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has clean antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.
