The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahar P. S. Case No. 55 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are the parents of the boy who is the main accused and there is no direct allegation against them. The girl is a major.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahar P. S. Case No. 55 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U T
