JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail since 17.06.2015 in a case registered under sections 304 B, 328, 498 and 34 of the I.P.C and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation for illegal demand is against husband of the deceased and it is only stated that the petitioner and others administered poison to the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri V.K. Chaubey, J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Baruraj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015.
