The petitioner is accused in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 255 of 2014, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that admittedly the marriage of the petitioner was performed with deceased 12 years ago and due to wedlock, there were two children, but unfortunately, her both children died and due to that reason, the deceased, daughter of the informant, came under depression and died due to sustaining burn injury, but she was anyhow saved and was rushed to hospital, where she died but latter on, the mother of the deceased/informant lodged the present
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55197 of 2015 (4) dt.30-01-2016 with false allegation of causing burn injury and death by this petitioner due to his illicit relationship prior to marriage with his Mami, which appears to be quite unreasonable. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Twon P.S.
