No. 1000 of 2015.

No. 1000 of 2015 by this Court that at the request of the petitioner he was permitted to delete the reliefs mentioned in para 2(ii) and 2(iii) of the writ petition. It would further appear from perusal of the record of the writ petition that the same has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2016.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
