The present Cr. Revision Application has been filed before this Court in Cr. Revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act against the order dated 10.08.2017 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali (Hajipur) in Divorce Case No. 291 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to explain the correct position of law.

As per law revision is maintainable under Section 19(4) of Family Court Act against the order of maintenance whereas appeal before this Court is maintainable against the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1047 of 2017(4) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 order passed by Principal Judge, Family Court in divorce case. As such, the present Cr. Revision Application stands dismissed with liberty that petitioner may avail remedy before appropriate forum as mentioned above.
