2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 (G.R. No. 643 of 2018), registered for offence punishable under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, Amol Kumar had kidnapped the grand-daughter of the informant and the allegation against other named accused persons, including the petitioner, is that they had assisted the main accused Amol Kumar in kidnapping the grand-daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38710 of 2023(3) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. The accusation of kidnapping the grand-daughter of the informant is against Amol Kumar, not against the petitioner. Nothing emerged during course of investigation against this petitioner and accordingly the police submitted final form against him.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 (G.R. No. 643 of 2018), subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
