JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 21.5.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant within two years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim herself committed suicide and there is nothing on record to suggest that the demand of dowry was made by the petitioner.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55504 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015 pending in the court of ACJM II, Supaul.

This application is, accordingly dismissed.
