JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country-made Katta of 12 bore and one knife are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 20-092015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with (East Champaran) Adapur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari.
