JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. In the nature of allegations, the Court is not inclined to grant bail the petitioner as alleged recovery is of 1.5 kg of charas, which is commercial quantity, apart from that a loaded country-made pistol and four live cartridges have also been recovered and petitioner has antecedent of six criminal cases as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. His prayer for bail is thus rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at paragraph '3' of the bail application inadvertently it was recorded that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent when he has antecedent of six cases.
