JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught on the spot and near about 3000 bottles of beer were recovered from a pick up van in which petitioner was found sitting. Petitioner disclosed before the police official that seized bottles of beer belonged to one Sachin Kumar and the aforesaid bottles were being carried by him to the house of aforesaid Sachin Kumar. The informant admits in his statement that there was document to show the ownership of aforesaid bottles of beer. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26.10.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
