JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-12-2019 The present memo of appeal has been preferred against the order dated 21.01.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12191 of 2014 by a learned Single Judge of this Court, by which the leaned Single Judge has been pleased to dismiss the writ petition filed by the appellant.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1472 of 2017(5) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 Mr. Anil Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the respondent authorities states that the scheme under Rajiv Gandhi LPG Vitrak stands repealed by way of a policy decision. In view of the same, learned counsel for the appellant contends that for consideration of the issue in question, the appellant be allowed to approach the authorities concerned. Well, none has any objection to the same.

As and when any request/representation is received from the appellant, the authorities concerned shall consider the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of the request/representation.

It shall be important for the authorities to consider the appellant's case equally. Considering the fact that appellant is physically challenged person, his case shall be considered in accordance with law for any advertisement issued in future.
