Petitioner got job of constable but after his joining, it was detected that some other persons had appeared in place of the petitioner in written examination and the aforesaid fact was verified by tallying handwriting and thumb impression of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Ishakchak P.S.
