The present Civil Review Application has been preferred for review of the judgment and order dated 28.07.2017 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 2030 of 2016, whereby the LPA was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Review

Patna High Court C. REV. No.193 of 2018(6) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 Application to enable the petitioner to file representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievances. The Review Application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforementioned.

If such representation is filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today, the concerned authority is expected to take decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three months of filing of such representation, keeping in view the fact that in the merit list the petitioner's name appears after the disqualification of the selected candidates on medical ground.
