The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 578 of 2020 arising out of Sikti P.S. Case No. 141 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It appear that 21 litres of liquor was recovered from the motorcycle belonging to the brother of the petitioner.

The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34516 of 2020(2) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 and is in custody since 27.07.2020.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 02nd Additional Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No. 578 of 2020 arising out of Sikti P.S.
