This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2019, registered for offences under Sections 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to enable them to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37369 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 surrender before the learned court of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioners, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners surrender, within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
