Petitioner, namely, Bhola @ Manish Kumar @ Bhola Kumar is in custody since 30.07.2015 in Daniawan P.S. Case No.78 of 2015 under Sections 399, 401, 402/34 I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that only one Kukhari (bhujali) has been recovered.

Considering the above fact of the case, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
