JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner appearing in person seeks liberty to avail the liberty already granted to her by this Court, vide order dated 12.3.2024, passed in CWJC No. 10004 of 2022, however, submits that the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction be directed to accept her petition for being heard on merits, in accordance with law, in case appropriate suit / petition is filed by her within a period of four weeks from today.
