The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No.20 of 2013 registered under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in large number of cases relating to theft, robbery, dacoity etc., I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
