In compliance to the order of this Court dated 24.03.2022 passed in CWJC No. 10416 of 2021 as also in compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 12.07.2023 passed in the present

Patna High Court MJC No.1147 of 2022(5) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 case, the contemnors have filed a show cause wherein it has been stated that the case of the petitioner for grant of incentives under the Bihar Industrial Incentive Policy, 2011 has now been finally decided by an order dated 24.07.2023 passed by the Director, Industries, Bihar, Patna and in compliance thereof, a sum of Rs. 15,84,96,325/- has been paid after deducting a sum of Rs. 2,91,15,568/- on the head of various statutory deductions/other deductions.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that now the petitioner is not having any further subsisting grievances.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
