Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, he was remanded in this case from another case as co-accused confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner. The co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, thee appears to be no cogent evidence against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kochas (Parsthua) P.S.
