2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Suiya P.S.Case No. 21 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners and another accused person attacked the son of the informant's with rod, lathi and fists, causing him injury. When the informant intervened, he was also assaulted with fists and slaps.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39446 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 submitted that there is only allegation on the petitioners to assault the son of the informant with fists and slaps. The assault made on the temporal region on the son of the informant is not attributed against the petitioners, rather it is against co-accused Nasir Mian.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Banka in connection with Suiya P.S.Case No. 21 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
