The petitioner, who is in custody since 23.09.2015 in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no.161 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not having relationship with the in-laws family of the deceased. He submits that petitioner's name has come only on the basis of secret information to the extent that the petitioner was involved in disposal of the dead body.
